• On 31 Mar 1901 Methusaleh appeared on the census at 16b Studley Road, West Hartlepool as a 33-year-old steelworks furnaceman. 3
• In 1903 he emigrated to the USA. 4
• On 15 Apr 1910 he appeared on the census in Allegheny, PA, USA. 5
Methusaleh married Jane PUGH, daughter of Edward PUGH and Rachael BUNN, in 1890.1 (Jane PUGH was born about 1870 in Kingswinford, Staffs 6.)
• Their marriage was registered during the quarter ended Dec 1890 at the Hartlepool registration district, with GRO reference vol 10a, page 200. 1
