• On 7 Apr 1861 Elizabeth appeared on the census at Market Place, Kenninghall, Norfolk as a 22-year-old married woman living with her baby daughter at the home of her sister and brother-in-law. 4

• On 31 Mar 1869 she filed a divorce petition on grounds of adultery and cruelty. 2

• On 2 Apr 1871 she appeared on the census at Cliff Bridge Terrace, Scarborough, Yorks as a 32-year-old annuitant who had reverted to her maiden name, but said she was married, even though her divorce had been finalised the previous year. 5

• On 3 Apr 1881 Elizabeth appeared on the census in Newton, St. Kew, Cornwall as a 42-year-old. 6

• On 5 Apr 1891 she appeared on the census at Manor Villa, Christchurch Road, Boscombe, Hants as a 52-year-old living on her own means and now stating that she is a widow. 7

• On 31 Mar 1901 Elizabeth appeared on the census at 2 Maude Villas, St. George's Road, Aldershot, Hants as a 62-year-old widow living on her own means. 8

• Her death was registered during the quarter ended Mar 1904 at the Wimborne registration district, with GRO reference vol 5a, page 173. 10

• On 4 Feb 1905 her estate was probated at the Blandford registry to Elizabeth Latimer, spinster. Effects £143 15s. At the time of her death she was a widow living in Verwood, Dorset. 9
