On 5 Apr 1891 Fanny appeared on the census at Morris Farm, Piltdown, Maresfield, Sussex as a 18-year-old general domestic servant in the home of John Kenward, farmer. Also there was George Turner, farm servant, who would become her husband.

On 31 Mar 1901 she appeared on the census at Sharp's Cottage, Piltdown, Maresfield, Sussex as a 28-year-old married woman living with her husband and 4-year-old child.

On 2 Apr 1911 Fanny appeared on the census at Sharp's Cottage, Piltdown, Maresfield, Sussex as a 37-year-old who had been married for 16 years with 3 children, one of whom had died.

On 22 Jul 1953 her estate was probated at the Lewes registry, to Cyril Turner, local Government officer. Effects 203 11s 7d. At the time of her death she was a widow living at Wingfield, Framfield Road, Buxted, Sussex.
