• On 11 Mar 1883 his marriage certificate said that he was a 23-year-old bachelor who worked as a joiner and that he lived at 20 Crookes, Nether Hallam, Yorks. His father, George Stead, was a gardener. 2
• On 5 Apr 1891 Henry appeared on the census at 13, Loxley Square, Crookes, Sheffield, Yorks as a 31-year-old carpenter. 9
• On 7 Sep 1893 Earl Cadman Stead's birth certificate said he was a journeyman joiner. 10
• His death was registered during the quarter ended Mar 1900 at the Sheffield registration district, with GRO reference Vol 9c, Page 336. 1
